All dice and charms are handmade by me and thus they may have minor imperfections as part of the casting process. I am one person creating everything by hand, not a robot in a factory. Dice may have slightly visible sanding lines, inconsistencies, gaps in inking, etc. I do my best to clearly picture everything in addition to providing a written description of the product. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to inform yourself about the quality of what you are buying. 

I do not accept returns or refunds. As stated above, I will do everything I can to ensure that you know exactly what you are buying. As a small shop run by a single person, I can not offer refunds or accept returns due to buyers remorse or a change in heart. However, if there is a problem with an item, such as damage that occurred during transit, please contact me and we can work out a solution.
