"Blue Lightning" - Standard Numeric d20

A translucent blue base features glitter, opaque white and grey clouds, and blue mylar, decorated with crackling gold decals and another layer of white and grey clouds. Numbers inked in gold.

Notable quirks: The 1 face is quite shallow
